Bob Poland, Business/Operations Manager
Bob's professional background is in business management in the areas of customer technical service, finance, sales and program management. He holds undergraduate degrees in Business and Industrial Management from Franklin University and an MBA from the University of Rochester. He also taught Business and Management courses at the college level for 10 years as an adjunct faculty member.
